After scanning for the traces of this threat here is what I found. Keep in mind that this will most likely change over time and may not be relavent in the next few months.
Browse to C:\Program Files\VirRL2009 and remove all files located in that folder. You may have to be in safe mode to fully remove the files.
Remove C:\WINDOWS\system32\ckvo.exe
search for karna.dat and remove that file along with GWMDMMSG.exe,
