When CD drive is clicked a dialog box opened "Location is not available. This also happens with "C" drive. One dialog box every time autometically opened " Microsoft Feeds Synchronization has Stopped Working."

I am trying to repair a Vista PC for a client and swapped the main boards. The old still works but will not go onto the network. Therefore I know the HD is fine. When I put the new board in the Vista repait can not fix the boot system and the PC reboots continually. The standard Vist Repair Just does not work. With XP it was quite simple. Not Vista!
