Hi Albert,

with out knowing the error your seeing no one will be able to answer this question.

Can you access the drives themselves? If you can lets say see the E: drive (Pretend it's one of your drives) When you open it up do you see any files present on the drive?

If you do what are the directories you can not access? If you do not see any directories or files present it may be because the partition become corrupt. Data recovery software may be needed if this is the case. However with out knowing more about the problem I can not tell you what it needed. One thought is to just bite the bullet and have a tech look at the device. I would recommend going this route if the data is important to you. Better to have an expert look at it then risk loosing all your stuff.

I had an old Windows XP. I bought the Lenova Vista and paid to have all data transferred. That happened but now I find that the CDs that I stored data on from the Windows XP will not open on the Lenova Vista. What to do?

[...] How to transfer files to new computer A better way then just manually coping over data is to use the Windows Transfer file settings program. This is fairly simple to use and if you have a network already setup then you should not have much trouble. Basically you start the transfer Wizard and select the files you want to transfer over. You can not transfer programs this way and often times people have trouble transferring over all their user settings but things like your documents will be transferred. You have the option to burn the data to a CD or copy it to another external device and of course over the network. [...]
