Windows Vista Anti-SPyware Software and Removal

Here are some quick tips to help you fully remove spyware in Vista. These can be used without Spyware Doctor but you should consider purchasing this product.
The first thing you can try is to do a system restore. This sends your computer back in time and un-installs any software from the date you choose. This will often times un-install the vista spyware. You should still run a full scan using Spyware Doctor to remove any left over traces. TO do a system Restore simlply hit the Windows Start button and in the serch box type restore. Now click the System Restore program and choose a date when your computer was not infected. This will un-inlstall any software installed on your computer after the date you choose. This includes Windows Vista updates and security softwarae you may of install. At the same time it should un-install the spyware software as well. Keep in mind you should install Spyware Doctor right after the restore is done to remove any left over traces.

On a last note many people out there use free security prooducts and rely on them for protection. This is a big mistake. NO FREE client out there gives you enough protection. SPybot, AVG, Avast and the like are good products and I'm not knocking them but they do not offer the protection you need to protect your Vista computer online.
